What is industry bentonite grease ?
Speedway industry bentonite grease is a lubricating grease for bearings that can withstand high temperatures, smooth structures, and tremendous pressure. This grease is carefully created with bentonite or modified clay in conjunction with premium base oils to provide its enhanced high-temperature capabilities.
Target components receive additional wear protection from specialized corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. Extreme pressure additives ensure that the grease will withstand a variety of high-load impacts.
What is the benefits of bentonite grease ?
Speedway industry bentonite heavy-duty industrial application grease comes with a range of benefits:
- Exceptional heat resistance due to the use of bentonite clay in the composition.
- Due to its additional corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, it has excellent wear and corrosion resistance qualities.
- Outstanding resistance to a wide range of climatic and operational conditions and very good extreme pressure qualities.
- Suitable for use in high-temperature applications with adverse humid and poor alkaline and acid solution conditions.
Applications
The paper, leather, wood, and textile industries were the target markets for the development of this high-performance bentonite lubricating grease.
Speedway industry bentonite grease can be used in temperatures between -20 and +180 °C. As a result, the grease is suitable for demanding industrial applications and conditions.
For sliding bearings, roller bearings, and other low-speed loaded devices, Speedway industry bentonite grease is appropriate. Additionally, it is suitable for conveyors and bearings in high-temperature ovens.
Industry bentonite grease is advised for the lubrication of bearings in humid settings aside from severe temperatures. It is also used when alkaline and acidic solutions are insufficient.
It is especially advised for the lubrication of roller bearings in pellet presses used to turn biomass into biofuel.
